Dr. Warren received his undergraduate degree from Tufts University. He graduated from Oregon Health and Science University School of Medicine. He completed his internship in general surgery and residency in Otolaryngology – Head and Neck Surgery at OHSU. He went on to complete a fellowship in Neurotology at the Otology Group of Vanderbilt. Following his fellowship, he joined on the faculty at University of Utah from 2006 through 2010. He then moved to Oregon Health and Science University from 2010 through 2014. Dr. Warren is a co-investigator on an NIH funded grant program investigating a method for atraumatic cochlear implantation. He now focuses on disorders of the ear, skull base surgery and cochlear implants at The Oregon Clinic – Westside Ear, Nose & Throat.
